Comfortable bed that makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud 😌. the room has tea/coffee making equipment, a sitting area, and a work desk for convenience. Clean bathrooms with bathtubs are a nice touch for unwinding after a long day.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet. We stayed because of its location to Carowinds, was very easy to get to. Took only a short drive.

The breakfast wasn't very much. But for price okay

The hotel is very quiet. the staff is friendly and excellent, always with a smile. - the location is convenient, within walking distance to shopping centers and a flea market across the street.

The staff were very good

I was disappointed in the breakfast offered. I was told that Super 8 motels have waffles, a choice of cold cereals & fruit. This Super 8 had none of these. When I asked the attendant he said that each Super 8 was privately owned and did not have to offer all these things. If I knew this at the time of making the reservation I would not have stayed there.

I was able to upgrade to a king size bed

It was nothing like what I saw on the internet...very disappointed!

The hotel room was a nice size with two full-size beds, a bathroom, and a microwave. the staff were pleasant and exceptional, providing us with awesome suggestions. - the room included a microwave oven and coffee and tea making equipment.

It was approximately half way between my home and orlando Florida.

The property is tiered and needs a refurbish.

Close to highway 77 for my commute.

The blankets on the bed need washing also the room didnot have a closet to hang our clothes. Only a small rack over the computer desk, which was not cool at all.

Review:

My first problem with the Super 8 in Charlotte was that the desk clerk wrote all of my credit information on a sticky note. He did not enter the information in a secure system, that bothered me beyond words. Then when we entered the room we found that there was a gap over an inch high between the bottom of the door and the actual floor. We had to place a towel in the crack to keep the cold air in the room and any bugs out. To top it all off the light in the bathroom only worked if you flicked the switch over and over again. Over all I will never stay in a Super 8 anywhere in the country ever again.

We liked how close it was to Carowinds and down town Charlotte.

The only complaint we have is that the fridge did not work.

I enjoyed staying at this family-friendly hotel for one night, the rooms had a microwave and fridge, and the property's location was fantastic, right by the park entrance.

Location was good. Outside appearance was good. Check in was good

1.No light operates from switch at the door. Tried to turn on at light and it fell over. 2.Bathroom floor had a slippery film on it. Made me leary of carpet cleanliness. 3.Checked coffee pot in the bathroom and found old coffee grounds in the bottom of strainer. How long there? They use prepacked coffee now. Took it to counter at check out. Didn't seem to care. 4.Shower shot a straight narrow stream. When I tried to adjust the outer ring it had no effect. Addressed all items at checkout. Would most likely not stay there again. A shame, I stay every Monday in Charlotte.

The staff were friendly and the facility was near the amusement park we were attending. I ask for directions and the young man at the desk helped me I would stay there again
